What started as a dream in Melbourne's pastry kitchens became a beloved hawker stall in Ghim Moh. Founded by pastry chef Amber Pong and her father, The Headless Baker brings artisan quality to the heartlands — at hawker prices.
Every cake, scone, and croissant is baked fresh daily. We even adjust sugar levels for the elderly regulars at Ghim Moh, because great baking is about the people you bake for.
From our original stall to The Star Vista, our mission stays the same: make exceptional pastries accessible to everyone.
